Card-not-present retailers

Card-not-present transactions are those where neither the card nor the cardholder are present at the point-of-sale, e.g. orders over the Internet, by mail, telephone or fax.

This section of the Card Watch site is designed to help those who can train retail staff working in the CNP environment – whether you are a retailer or a crime prevention or reduction officer – to help prevent card fraud that occurs at the sales desk.
